Funding opportunity for community arts projects in north-central Wisconsin, with applications due April 15. Grants of up to $5,000 will support projects that enhance the quality and diversity of arts in Marathon County.
About the role
The Community Arts Grant program, administered by the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin, encourages collaboration and expansion of arts opportunities in the region. Funding is provided through the Wisconsin Arts Board, BA & Esther Greenheck Foundation, and the Community Foundation’s Wausau Marathon County Fund.
Responsibilities
- Develop projects that complement, enhance, or expand new or existing cultural activities in Marathon County.
- Ensure some portion or outcome of the project is open to the public.
Requirements
- Projects must strengthen arts quality and diversity in north-central Wisconsin.
- Eligible applicants include organizations and individuals proposing arts-related initiatives in Marathon County.
