Make a difference! Looking for caring people to make a hospice patient smile!

Description

Serenity Hospice Care has patients in facilities all over NJ. We need your help to increase their quality of life in a positive way. We work around your schedule, time and location preferences. You do not need any experience, we will teach you everything you need to know. We need volunteers to give companionship, read, watch TV, talk, listen, it all makes a difference. If you have special talents such as Pet Therapy, Music, Art, Knitting, that is always appreciated as well!!!

Administrative Volunteers

• Variety of office duties including filing, phone work, supply organization etc...
• (Located at 1670 Whitehorse Hamilton Square Road Hamilton, NJ 08690)

Direct Patient Volunteers

• Visit patients in facilities.
• Offer companionship by simply listening, talking, reading or watching TV.
• If you would like to share your special talents such as Pet Therapy, Music, Art, knitting that would be greatly appreciated as well!!!
• We reimburse you for all travel time!!

Qualifications

No experience necessary. We will teach you everything you need to know.
