Make a difference! Looking for caring people to make a hospice patient smile!

Description

Serenity Hospice Care has patients in facilities all over NJ. We need your help to increase their quality of life in a positive way. We work around your schedule, time and location preferences. You do not need any experience; we will teach you everything you need to know. We need volunteers to give companionship, read, watch TV, talk, listen, it all makes a difference. If you have special talents such as Pet Therapy, Music, Art, Knitting, that is always appreciated as well!!!

Administrative Volunteers

• Variety of office duties including filing, phone work, supply organization (Located at 1670 Whitehorse Hamilton Square Road Hamilton, NJ 08690)

Direct Patient Volunteers

• Visit patients in facilities. Offer companionship by simply listening, talking, reading or watching TV.
• If you would like to share your special talents such as Pet Therapy, Music, Art, knitting that would be greatly appreciated as well!!!
• We reimburse you for all travel time!!

Qualifications

No experience required. We will teach you everything you need to know.
