Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and screen qualified host families
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential host families, school administrators, and community influencers
• Engage in person with exchange students, host families, and local high schools including monthly meetings, group student activities and periodic orientations
• Represent and promote ETC in your community through social media, email marketing, press releases, local media, and other avenues

Compensation

• Up to $1,700 (including student placement and oversight) per full year student, bonuses as well as travel incentives
• Ability to earn various bonus and incentives throughout the year
• You can also qualify for the 5–7 day ETC Annual Travel Incentive Trip. Prior Incentive trip locations include: Italy, Cozumel, Maui, Germany, Costa Rica, Spain, Cancun, Japan and more!

Travel Requirement

• Applicants must have the ability to drive for in person visits and therefore must:
• Live within 75 miles of listed city
• Have valid Driver's License
