Key Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders by understanding project needs and offering value-driven formwork solutions.
- Mentor and collaborate with local EFCO teams to present, negotiate, and close orders while ensuring timely collections.
- Consistently exceed sales targets by combining strategic thinking with a commitment to service excellence.
- Partner with district teams to develop customized, cost-effective forming solutions.
- Prepare estimates, present compelling proposals, and respond to customer feedback with agility.
- Ensure a seamless handoff from sales to execution.
- Apply technical acumen and creativity to drive quality project outcomes.
Solution Development and Project Execution
- Stay attuned to customer goals, construction trends, and market activity to identify new opportunities.
- Work proactively to expand EFCO’s reach by introducing new products or services where applicable.
- Use organizational knowledge and sound judgment to align business development strategies with EFCO’s values of Innovation, Integrity, and Quality.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely sales records in Salesforce, documenting key activities and pipeline metrics.
- Forecast monthly sales activity aligned with project and operational capacity.
Performance Measurement and Scorecard Compliance
- Adhere to the EFCO 18 Scorecard, including both financial and competency-based performance indicators.
- Regularly review and assess progress to ensure alignment with company standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years of construction sales experience required.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in relevant sales, CRM, and productivity software; ability to interpret construction drawings.
- Other Requirements: Proven track record in sales performance (internal candidates: 2x EFCO Sales Cons winner within past 3 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative and persuasive communicator with excellent listening skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and solutions focused.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and perform under pressure.
Working Arrangement
- This role is based in the United States and the candidate selected for hire will commute to the district office closest to them.
- US district office locations include: Chicago, Des Moines, Dallas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Seattle, Fresno, Pittsburgh, Columbus, Marlboro, Orlando, Atlanta, Memphis, and Washington D.C.
