Join our team as a Major Gift Officer / Senior Donor Advisor in the Western U.S. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage high-level donor relationships and secure major gifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with major donors
• Identify and pursue potential donors
• Manage and steward existing donor relationships
• Secure major gifts through strategic fundraising initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Proven track record of securing major gifts
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel as needed

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
