We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes description about company, then responsibilities, qualifications, pay range, physical requirements, etc. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content. We have company description: could be "About the role" maybe? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role description. The company description is more about the organization; but we could treat that as "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include sections that match content. We have responsibilities list: bullet points under "Responsibilities". So we need a

Responsibilities

with
  • items. We have qualifications: includes Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements, Skills, etc. Could be split into Requirements and Qualifications sections. The instruction says we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = minimum qualifications, education, etc. Qualifications = preferred or additional. But we have "Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements" and then "Skills are required...". Also there is "Additional Requirements: Performs other related duties as assigned". Also citizenship requirement etc. So we can put those under Requirements. We have Skills: maybe a separate Skills section if there is specific skill list. The posting mentions: "operating equipment used in skilled trades, power and hand tools, etc.; adhering to safety practices; handling hazardous materials; and planning and managing projects." That's skill-based competencies. So we could have a Skills section. We have Pay: "Pay Range: $20-$22/hr." So we need a Pay section. We have Schedule: not mentioned. So we should not create Schedule. Benefits: not mentioned. So no Benefits. We also have Physical Requirements: maybe could be under Requirements or a separate section? Not in the list of headings but we could include under Requirements or maybe as part of Qualifications? The instruction says we can use those headings; we can also add other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but better to stick to those. Physical requirements could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. We'll include under Requirements as a bullet list. We also have company description: could be under About the role. We'll put that as a

under About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodations, etc. Remove duplicated lines, navigation, legal, EEO, scam-warning. So we need to strip out lines like "Morgan Advanced Materials is an EEO/AA/M/W/D/V Employer." and "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." etc. Also "This job description does not state..." etc. Also "While performing the duties..." etc. Also "This document does not create an employment contract..." etc. Also "1" at end? Probably a stray. We need to preserve all substantive information: company history, purpose, key figures, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, pay range, physical requirements, citizenship requirement, etc. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics: revenue £1,100.7m (2024), ~8,000 employees, manufacturing in 20+ countries, global customer portfolio, UK PLC, head office Windsor, Berkshire UK, listed on LSE, FTSE 250. We must keep the responsibilities list exactly as given (maybe rephrase? but preserve meaning). We'll copy bullet points. We must keep qualifications: Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements: "Skills are required to perform multiple tasks with a need to occasionally upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions. Specific skill-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: operating equipment used in skilled trades, power and hand tools, etc.; adhering to safety practices; handling hazardous materials; and planning and managing projects. High school diploma or general education degree (GED)". Also citizenship requirement: "This position requires use of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Individual must be a: Citizen of the United States, or Permanent resident alien of the United States, or Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15". Also Additional Requirements: "Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit." (maybe duplicate). We'll keep. We need to keep physical requirements bullet list. We must not include boilerplate like "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions of this job." (that's duplicated). We'll remove. We'll also remove "Morgan Advanced Materials is an EEO/AA/M/W/D/V Employer." and "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." etc. We'll also remove "While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, and toxic caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate." This is maybe substantive? It describes work environment; could be considered part of responsibilities or requirements? It's not in the heading list but could be included under Requirements as a note. However it's not boilerplate; it's actual job condition. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we should keep that. But we need to decide where to put it. Could be under Requirements as a paragraph. Similarly "Required to talk or hear Required to pass eye tests Required to stand, walk, and sit Required to use finger, handle, feel & reach with hands & arms Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus, close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus." That's physical requirements; we already have that. We also have "The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." The second sentence is boilerplate (accommodations). We'll remove that sentence but keep the first sentence maybe? It's somewhat generic but still substantive? It's basically saying the physical demands are representative; could be considered boilerplate. Might be safe to remove. But we already have the physical requirements list; we can keep that. We also have "This job description does not state or imply that all duties to be performed are specifically identified above. Employees are required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested or instructed by an authorized person of the Company." This is boilerplate; remove. Also "This document does not create an employment contract, implied or otherwise, other than an “at-will” relationship." Remove. Now we need to output HTML fragment only. Structure:

    Responsibilities

    • Perform other related duties as assigned to support facility needs.
But note we have duplicated "Perform other related duties as assigned" also in Additional Requirements. We'll keep only one? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Duplicated lines: we should remove duplicated lines. There is a duplicate of "Perform other related duties as assigned" appears in Responsibilities and also under Additional Requirements. We should keep only one instance. We'll keep it in Responsibilities (as it's already there). We'll remove the Additional Requirements line. Now Qualifications section: We could have

    Qualifications

with paragraphs. We need to include Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements, Skills, Citizenship requirement. We could split into Requirements and Qualifications but we have both headings allowed. Let's decide: Use Requirements for minimum qualifications, education, citizenship, physical demands? Use Qualifications for skills? Or we could combine. Given we have a Skills heading available, we could put skill-based competencies under Skills. Then Qualifications could contain education and citizenship. Requirements could contain physical requirements? Hmm. Better: Use Requirements for minimum qualifications (education, citizenship, etc.), Skills for skill-based competencies, and maybe keep Physical Requirements under Requirements as a paragraph. But we must not create sections with filler text. We have content for each. Let's outline:
