We need to remove application instructions, EEO, legal, etc. The note about internal applicants maybe keep? It's about salary evaluation. Not boilerplate. Could be included in a paragraph maybe under About the role or as a note.
We need sections: About the role (maybe from "Why You’ll Love This Position" and description). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications). Qualifications? Could be same as Requirements? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections with real content.
We have:
- About the role: description of role, career ladder, etc.
- Responsibilities: list of duties (multiple paragraphs). Could be combined into a .
- Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (education, license, CDL, exams).
- Qualifications: maybe Special Working Conditions? Or maybe we can treat Special Working Conditions as Qualifications? But Qualifications heading is for skills/abilities? Could include physical requirements. However we have Special Working Conditions which includes physical stamina, outdoor work, overtime, etc. That could go under Qualifications or Requirements. But we already have Requirements for minimum qualifications. We could put Special Working Conditions under Qualifications (like physical qualifications). Or we could create a Skills section for abilities like operating vehicles, flagging, etc. But we already have responsibilities list includes those. Might be redundant.
Better to follow typical structure: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (preferred or special conditions), Benefits (benefits). Pay and Schedule only if present; not present (no salary given, schedule not specified). So we omit Pay and Schedule.
We also have location and interview date; could be included in About the role as a paragraph.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include Job ID etc.
We must not include boilerplate like note for internal applicants? It's not boilerplate but it's about salary; we could include in About the role or maybe as a note under Requirements? Since it's about salary evaluation for internal applicants, it's not a requirement but a note. Could be included in About the role.
We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include location, interview date, note about internal applicants, career ladder, etc.
Let's craft sections:
