Maintenance Technician - WTB-Cudahy

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to keep the facility operational and in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls
• Assist in the implementation of safety protocols
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems
• Knowledge of electrical systems
• First aid certification

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

Pay

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
