Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance and presentation. Buckingham takes a customer approach to all projects, big or small, and values its diverse teams of individuals who foster the company's entrepreneurial spirit and exceed expectations.

• Responsible for all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community.
• Performs services needed for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.

A strong candidate is one with a high degree of accountability and ownership, excellent time management skills and internal and external customer service.

Qualifications:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Reliable transportation and availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule.
• Carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).
