Maintenance Technician (TEMP)

Job Duties

• Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to the supervisor.
• Vendor scheduling and monitoring.
• Maintenance of common areas, maintaining the Work Order database.
• Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
• Identify and report any safety issues to management.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Position involves standing and movement throughout the day.
• Must be able to transport oneself around the property.
• Must be able to lift heavy loads utilizing safe work methods. Able to lift 75 pounds or more.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year maintenance experience.
