Maintenance Technician (Specialist)
About the role
Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Specialist) position.
Responsibilities
- Specialize in activities relating to maintenance and improvement of building utility systems such as electrical wiring and control systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), water supply, carpentry, and related pipe systems.
- Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 4-5 years of technical maintenance experience.
- Expert technical knowledge of one or more of the following: electricity and national electrical codes, painting, carpentry, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration and/or sprinkler systems.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4-5 years of technical maintenance experience.
- Expert technical knowledge of one or more of the following: electricity and national electrical codes, painting, carpentry, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration and/or sprinkler systems.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Pay
$23.79 - $30.49 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
