Maintenance Technician - Skye Apartments

About the role

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Skye Apartments in Vista, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting
• Apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property preferred
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) required
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation required
• Availability to work on-call rotation
• All employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties

Compensation

$26.00-$27.00/hour DOE
