Maintenance Technician Senior
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, testing, and documentation/logs of a wide variety of utility and facility equipment.
- Develop, write, and complete various quality systems and safety documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Change Control (CCMS), Non-Conformance (NC), Work Orders (WO), Job Plans (JP), Hazard Risk Assessments (HRA), and Job Hazard Assessments (JHA).
- Manage various aspects of building utility and production systems/equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, in a timely manner, and with minimal impact on production while complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOP, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and internal procedures.
- Interact with peers and clients in manufacturing, maintenance, utility plants, analytical labs, and contracted services.
- Provide training for staff, clients, and projects, support audits, review and approve maintenance reports, forms, plans, and records.
- Develop, revise, and review equipment maintenance or other related procedures.
- Interpret and revise loop sheets, electrical schematics, PID's, I/O wiring, and panel drawings.
- Understand and apply packaging configurations, follow, and document batch records for the inspection and packaging process.
- Reconcile components and products, and calculate product exposure to room temperatures.
Essential Skills
- Experience in filling and finishing manufacturing, preferably vial inspection.
- Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.
- Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Work Environment
- The work environment involves a 12-hour shift from 6:30 PM to 7:30 AM, Sunday through Tuesday, and alternating Wednesdays.
- During the 2-6 week onboarding/training phase, the schedule shifts to Monday through Friday from approximately 8 AM to 5 PM.
- The role requires a strong commitment to safety and compliance with GMP, SOP, CFR, and internal procedures.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
