Maintenance Technician - Seasons at Farmington Reserve

About the Role

This position performs technical and mechanical work ensuring the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs)
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing the “make-ready” process
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
• Assist with vendor management and other duties
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment
• Provide excellent customer service as part of a team

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Previous experience with painting, entry-level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
• Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus

Pay

The hourly range for this role is $22.00 - $25.00. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range, including business requirements, prior experience, current skills, and geographical location.

In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
