Responsibilities
- Electrical: Repair and maintain lighting fixtures, ballasts, and circuit switches.
- Electrical: Repair, replace and/or maintain 115V convenience outlets and circuits.
- Electronic systems (Fire alarm, security, timers): Ability to operate and perform tests.
- Plumbing: Replace or repair flush valve on toilets and keep properly maintained.
- Plumbing: Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all plumbing issues throughout facility including roof drains, storm and sewer drains, faucets, valves, water filters, etc.
- Plumbing: Clear drainage/sewage stoppages using appropriate equipment and methods.
- Plumbing: Locate and exercise isolation and shut off valves.
- Carpentry: Repair and assemble furniture.
