Maintenance Technician - Reunion at Redmond Ridge Apartments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Reunion at Redmond Ridge Apartments in Redmond, WA. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting and apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property (preferred)
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for on-call rotation
• Consent to audio recordings during work duties as a condition of employment

Pay

$25–$27 per hour, depending on experience.
