Job Location: This important role supports our Washington Street Senior (54 units Senior Community 55+) located in Kokomo, IN

Position Type: Part-time (24 hours/week) and the ability to be on call to support our residents for emergencies

Summary Of Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents

Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48-hour expectation)

Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

Assist with court-ordered “set-outs” when necessary

Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3-5 days)

Maintain grounds and curb appeal

Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

Able to be “on-call” for emergencies

Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

• 1+ years of related experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• HVAC training and certification preferred
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
• Able to be “on-call” for emergencies
• Able to receive, manage, and close work orders by using smartphone applications
