Maintenance Technician - Northglen

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Cleans up after work is complete.
• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance required either through training or experience.
• Licenses: Valid driver's license and insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in skilled maintenance work.
• Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.

Skills

• Takes direction from the supervisor.
• Reads, writes, does basic math, and follows instructions.
• Maintains a professional personal appearance.
• Flexible to change work plans.
• Licenses: Valid driver's license and insurance.

$21.00 - 24.00/hourly dependent on experience.
