Maintenance Technician Monday-Thursday 6p-6a

Core Responsibilities

• Maintains a safety-first attitude and follows all company safety requirements.
• Safeguards production lines and other equipment to ensure they are always maintained and operational.
• Completes work requests as directed by plant engineer, plant manager, and shift leaders.
• Services lines through daily preventative maintenance.
• Contributes to line commissioning following maintenance or process events.
• Assumes a significant role in understanding and implementing plant projects.
• Operates in a manner that adds value to the team.
• Performs additional duties as needed and assigned by supervision or management.
• Collaborates with other maintenance personnel within a team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in working with and troubleshooting: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems.
• Strong background in manufacturing systems within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings is a plus.
• Strong decision-making, analytical skills, and proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities.
• Self-directed and motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
• Flexible work schedule with advance notice to accommodate business needs.
• Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude.

Education Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is required.
