About the role

The Maintenance Technician (Maintenance/Janitorial) is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the facility. This includes cleaning common areas, restrooms, and equipment, as well as performing minor repairs and upkeep tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas, restrooms, and equipment daily
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed
• Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory of supplies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills
