Maintenance Technician L2 - Metrology

About the Role

This full-time position is based in Hillsboro, OR, and involves working in a semiconductor cleanroom environment. You will perform maintenance tasks, troubleshoot customer equipment, and adhere to facility procedures with a focus on safety, quality, and team communication.

Schedule

• Shift 5: 12:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday
• Compressed work week

Pay

$19 – $21 per hour, depending on shift placement.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks in a semiconductor cleanroom environment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance or troubleshooting on customer equipment.
• Adhere to customer facility standard operating procedures with a focus on safety, quality, and effective team communication.
• Wear required cleanroom, respirator, or other personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Use basic hand, power, and customer tools and equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or within a team structure.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs routinely.

Preferences

• 1–2 years of semiconductor manufacturing or related experience.

Physical Demands

• Walk up to 5+ miles per day.
• Stand or be on feet for 8–10 hours at a time.
• Bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces.
• Work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50–75 pounds.
