Kelly Engineering seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our client’s team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you’ll be supporting advanced robotics and automation systems by performing preventative/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance tasks on systems and machines
- Work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Assist with installation and deployment of new systems or machines
- Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed
- Submit daily or weekly activity reports and coordinate closely with site team leaders to prioritize work
Requirements
- 1 - 5 years of maintenance experience
- Good general knowledge and competency in mechanical and electrical maintenance operations
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, Slack, CMMS, SharePoint)
- Experience using multimeters
- Comfortable working at heights
Nice to Have
- Exposure to robotics
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling automation
- Certifications: OSHA 30, NFPF 70E/Arc Flash, Scissor Lift
- LOTO experience
Physical Demands
- Use and manipulation of standard hand tools
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Working from heights of up to 50 ft
- Use and operation of lifts with a manufacturer-rated weight capacity of 250 lbs., including tools and equipment (approximately 30 lbs.)
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling to access and repair equipment at ground level
- Working on overhead equipment, including extended reaching and manual dexterity
Pay
Targeted pay rate: $29-32/hr depending upon qualification
Schedule
Daylight shift, no evenings or weekends
