Responsibilities
- Performs mid to expert-level maintenance, including troubleshooting, disassembly, inspection, repair, and testing of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Sources parts, operates machining tools, and may perform welding.
- Ensures compliance with safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement standards.
- Updates maintenance records, utilizes predictive technologies, and supports team development.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED; technical associate degree with 3+ years' experience or 5+ years in industry;
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems;
- Proficient with hand and specialized tools;
- Able to analyze problems and perform repairs.
Physical & Work Conditions
- Must regularly stand, walk, lift over 50 pounds, and work in loud factory environments with potential exposure to hazardous materials and weather conditions.
- Physical agility and safety awareness are essential.
