Maintenance Technician II

Hourly rate: $18.90

About the role

As a Maintenance Technician II at Hyatt Vacation Club (HVC), you will assist in providing our Owners and guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs mid-level repairs as assigned.
• Responds and attends to guest repair requests.
• Performs preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Communicates with guests and Owners to resolve maintenance issues.
• Performs general engineering-related inventory duties.
• Participates in regular training for safety, technical knowledge, and career development.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs.
• Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contributes to team goals.
• Always follows company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days (1st/2nd shift and weekends).
• Must have a driver’s license for a minimum of one year.
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy.
