What You Will Do
- C Conduct advanced preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on conveyor systems and food production machinery to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.
- B Perform complex mechanical repairs including shaft keying, sprocket broaching, gear head replacement, stainless steel welding, hydraulic hose fabrication, and belt maintenance using specialized tools and equipment.
- A Assist with equipment setup, teardown, welding, fabrication, and installation of new or modified plant machinery to support production needs.
- D Diagnose mechanical issues through observation, auditory assessment, and use of precision measuring instruments, and effectively identifying and resolving root causes.
- U Utilize SAP software to document maintenance activities, track work orders, and communicate effectively with production and operations teams to optimize workflow.
What You Will Bring
- A High school diploma or GED; two-year degree in specialized maintenance trade preferred.
- B 3+ years of related experience.
- C Work different ranges of hours such as full-time, overtime, or weekend shifts.
- D Basic to advanced mechanical knowledge, electrical and building skills.
- E Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
