About the role

The Maintenance Technician I at Riverfront Lofts is responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities and equipment to ensure the building’s operational efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform urgent repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Inventory and order supplies as necessary.
• Document work performed and report any issues to supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience in maintenance or construction.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
