Maintenance Technician I (Night Shift) $10K First Year Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks per work orders assigned
• Understand how to work safely and speak up when you do not
• Collaborate and build relationships with team members at the plant
• Learn and apply new technology and share your knowledge with others

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to effectively use computer applications
• Able to organize and prioritize tasks
• Able to learn and apply new skills until proficient in basic technical competencies
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, including ability to problem solve
• Knowledge of food safety requirements and HACCP
• Experience with CMMS system
• Experience with conveying and packaging equipment

Qualifications

• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work a machine-paced continuous process that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Ability to perform work at a computer and other administrative/managerial tasks

Pay

• $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
• Shift differential of $1.50 - $3.00 per hour for night shifts

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday: 8PM - 6AM (Night Shift)
• 3:00PM - 11:00PM: + $1.50/Hour (2nd Shift Differential)
• 11:00PM - 6:00AM: + $3.00/Hour (3rd Shift Differential)
