Position Overview
This position is for a full-time Maintenance Tech I to work at Kukui Tower, a 380-unit family affordable housing community in Honolulu, HI. This is a HUD and Tax Credit property.
Responsibilities
- Performs necessary and minor repairs and preventative maintenance on rental units as they become vacant.
- Auxiliary tasks may include assisting in Painting of Interior Units, Office Areas, Laundry Room and Common Area Maintenance.
Qualifications
- High School/GED or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- 1+ Year of Related Apartment Maintenance Experience.
- Knowledge and Skills in Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance.
- CADL, Clean DMV and Reliable Transportation.
