Responsibilities

  • Put safety first – Always!

  • Maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems on-site.
  • Learn to troubleshoot programmable logic controls and understand ladder logic.
  • Responsible for metal fabrication, machining, and welding as required.
  • Support engineering in the improvement of and/or development and implementation of new products and processes.
  • Participation in housekeeping activities to keep up plant appearance and ensure it operates acceptably and safely.
  • Participate in additional duties as required by the department team lead or manager.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of Industrial Maintenance Experience.
  • A High School Diploma (or GED), along with a high mechanical aptitude and welding experience.
  • An associate degree in industrial maintenance is a plus.
  • The ability to wear the required PPE, lift a minimum of 50 pounds, and attend off-site training classes (1-2 weeks per year, with proper notice).

  • Willingness to hold yourself and others accountable to the highest standards.
  • High level of accountability and coordination.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to other established locations during the early months of this role.

Schedule

This position will initially operate on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM and will transition to a 12-hour shift following the training period.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
