Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work
- Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses
- Interact professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the community
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment
- Aid with general property upkeep and support team members as needed

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $27–$29 (dependent on experience, skills, and location)
- Bonus Eligibility: Discretionary bonus upon eligibility
- Incentives: Eligibility based long-term incentives and performance-based awards
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience in general building maintenance, including handyman work, light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting
- Experience maintaining and repairing appliances and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with tools and materials used in residential building maintenance
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely use tools and equipment with manual dexterity and stamina, including lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, and working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Additional Requirements
- Must maintain a personal tool kit appropriate for completing assigned work
- Valid driver’s license required to operate company-owned or personal vehicles for business purposes
- Occasional off-site travel to pick up supplies
