Maintenance Technician / Handyman

Duties

• Handling routine work orders and emergency maintenance requests
• Maintain and repair basic plumbing issues
• Install appliances as needed
• Perform basic grounds keeping tasks
• Clean vacant units and general facilities

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance/construction related field desired
• Must be available for 'On Call'
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform other physically demanding tasks
• Commitment to safety and high-quality work
