Maintenance Technician - Full-Time

Role Overview: This maintenance technician performs repair and upkeep of fuel dispensing stations, convenience stores, and related equipment. Key Responsibilities Respond to maintenance requests, troubleshoot, and repair fuel systems, environmental monitoring, car wash, POS, and security systems.Conduct inspections and perform general repairs on store fixtures, electrical fixtures, and customer convenience items.Maintain facility appearance through landscaping, cleaning, and corrosion prevention.Perform minor electrical and mechanical repairs, including fuel dispenser components and electrical troubleshooting.Ensure safety standards are followed; report hazards and incidents promptly.Maintain detailed work records and conduct inventory of parts and tools.Respond to after-hours trouble calls as needed. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of maintenance practices, safety hazards, and repair methods for facilities and fuel systems.Ability to work independently, read schematics, and operate hand/power tools.Basic computer skills preferred; valid driver’s license with a clean record.Minimum two years of maintenance experience required. Physical & Communication Demands: Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks; effective verbal communication; attention to detail and safety awareness.
