Maintenance Technician - Floating

About the role

Maintain property condition, provide excellent customer service, and foster a sense of community. Support cost-efficiency by repairing rather than replacing parts and ensure safety and compliance with regulations such as OSHA, Fair Housing, and ADA.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders, preventative maintenance, and make-ready processes for vacant units
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Work in varied conditions and be on-call for emergencies

Requirements

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
• Certifications such as EPA Type II or Universal (CPO a plus)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Professionalism, active listening, and a collaborative approach to building resident and vendor relationships
