Maintenance Technician
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and become the heartbeat of our operations, tasked with diagnosing, repairing, and modifying all shop equipment and support structures. Your role is essential in ensuring the seamless functioning of our facilities and equipment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and modifications of all shop equipment and support structures.
- Set up, install, adjust, and maintain production equipment, conveyors, automation, pneumatics, hydraulics pumps, encoders, variable frequency drives, etc.
- Perform routine, productive, and preventative maintenance on equipment and determine what kind of maintenance is needed.
- Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options to find solutions.
- Watch gauges, dials, and other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
- High and low voltage electrical troubleshooting.
- PLC troubleshooting, observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
- Welding, fabrication, etc.
- Able to work overtime, weekends, and changing shifts as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ experience in industrial machine maintenance, preferably in manufacturing setting.
- Able to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and machine breakdowns.
- Must be familiar with control operations of equipment systems and have experience with gas, diesel, pneumatics, and hydraulic equipment.
Physical Demands
- Able to lift, push and pull more than 50 pounds frequently.
- Able to lift your own weight while climbing ladders, steel bracing, stairs, etc.
- Able to crawl in small or tight places.
- Excessive bending, stooping, and carrying.
- Must be able to handle exposure to temperature fluctuations, dust, noise, and able to be around high voltage electromagnetic fields.
