Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) - 3 Month Temp Full Time

What We Offer

• Pay: $24.50/hour - $25.50/hour depending on experience
• Stay Bonus: 3 Bonus opportunities - $100 after each successful completion of 30, 60 and 90 days
• Schedule: FULL-TIME: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)
• On-call schedule with generous bonus ($150/week, calls or no calls! - $200/week in the summer months)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
• Affiliate team with maintenance work orders as needed
• Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

Physical & Technical Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
• Ability to drive a golf cart
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Experience using hand and power tools
