About the role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Norfolk, NE.
Schedule
Days, 6 AM – 6 PM with every other weekend off.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and troubleshoot all operational, utility, and maintenance-related issues.
- Perform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment, including plumbing, HVAC, boiler systems, compressed air, and ammonia refrigeration.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of previous maintenance experience preferred or equivalent skills in a food processing plant.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Desire to learn, initiative, and ability to pass Forklift License Certification.
