Maintenance Technician - Bloomington

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will perform assigned maintenance functions and duties in both a proficient and efficient manner while representing the organization with humility, integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Successfully complete assigned work orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential property maintenance issues to respective Granite management for follow-up and corrective action.
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Drywall repair and replacement
• Woodworking
• Pipe fitting
• Sheet metal
• Operation of heavy machinery
• Demolition and remodeling
• Masonry (block, brick, concrete, etc.)
• Report to and consult closely with Maintenance Manager
• Maintain assigned company-owned vehicle in a safe and clean working order
• Capacity to work overtime during periods of high-volume activity
• All other duties, as assigned

Pay and Schedule

• This position is an hourly position.
• Pay will be dependent on experience; ranging from $18-22.00/hour.
