About the role

Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring safe and reliable facilities supporting behavioral health, housing, and social service programs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshoot basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
  • Respond to work orders and urgent repair requests.
  • Assist with minor renovations and room setups.
  • Partner with program staff to minimize service disruptions.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance within a trauma-informed, inclusive environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Technical skills in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and respond promptly to repair needs.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards.
