About the role
Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring safe and reliable facilities supporting behavioral health, housing, and social service programs.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
- Respond to work orders and urgent repair requests.
- Assist with minor renovations and room setups.
- Partner with program staff to minimize service disruptions.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance within a trauma-informed, inclusive environment.
