Maintenance Technician

Service Technician (Field-Based) Maintain and repair single-family rental homes by completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting resident “turn” processes between occupants. Troubleshoot and repair issues across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.Ensure safety and code compliance for all maintenance and repair activities.Deliver professional, resident-focused service and communicate service outcomes clearly.Use mobile tools to track work and document job progress and completion.Coordinate with vendors and support inspections and renovations. Key Qualifications & Skills Hands-on maintenance and repair experience in residential building systems.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.Commitment to safety standards and regulatory/code requirements.Comfort with mobile work-order tracking and documentation.Customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
