About the Role
Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of property facilities and apartment units.
Responsibilities
- Assess and estimate repair and service orders, completing work promptly.
- Perform routine repairs, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and appliances.
- Follow up with residents post-repair to ensure issues are resolved.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies, ordering as needed.
- Assist in preparing vacated units for new residents and oversee outside contractor work during turnovers.
- Support landscape and renovation projects.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of maintenance or construction experience, including electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall work.
- Clean background, professional attitude, and good communication skills.
- Residence within 20 miles of the area due to on-call duties.
Qualifications
- HVAC experience or EPA certification is a plus.
