Maintenance Technician

About the role

As a Maintenance Assistant at The Arbor Company, your work matters. You help get empty apartments ready for new residents by painting and making small repairs. Using your general handyman skills, you support the Maintenance Director with a variety of projects. You keep supplies organized and ready to use for the next project.
