Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple locations
  • Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
  • Complete work orders and conduct safety and building inspections
  • Coordinate with vendors for specialized maintenance tasks
  • Support the upkeep of safe, functional, and welcoming facilities

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems
  • Ability to perform inspections and identify safety issues
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for vendor interactions
  • Commitment to maintaining respectful and supportive environments for clients
