- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple locations
- Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
- Complete work orders and conduct safety and building inspections
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized maintenance tasks
- Support the upkeep of safe, functional, and welcoming facilities
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems
- Ability to perform inspections and identify safety issues
- Strong coordination and communication skills for vendor interactions
