Maintenance Technician

Role: Maintenance Mechanic responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery used in processing margarine and spreads. Responsibilities: Ensure safety compliance, troubleshoot and repair processing and packaging equipment using continuous improvement methods, perform preventative maintenance, complete work orders, and document actions. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, and operate powered industrial vehicles as licensed. Qualifications & Skills: High School diploma, ability to work within a team, responsible and supportive communication skills, proficiency with hand and power tools, basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP), understanding of safety/environmental procedures, and ability to identify and prioritize production losses. Prior experience with process troubleshooting and documentation is preferred.
