About the Role
A Maintenance Technician ensures the smooth operation of hotel facilities through preventative maintenance, repairs, and seasonal upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and guest room care
- Document work orders for guests and staff
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Maintain pool systems, chemicals, furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment
- Handle seasonal groundskeeping, landscaping, and trash removal
- Operate hand tools and power equipment
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel maintenance preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Physical ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications are a plus
