The impact you’ll make in this role
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying facilities and production equipment, including but not limited to pneumatics, hydraulics and low voltage electrical equipment.
• Performing basic fabrication and millwright tasks.
• Developing and implementing maintenance procedures for safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
• Analyzing equipment performance to identify maintenance needs, recommend improvements, and support design changes.
• Maintaining equipment parts inventory and stockroom cycle counts.
• Partnering with supervisors and team members to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in an electrical or mechanical field OR a High School Diploma/GED AND 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience with reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic symbols and nomenclature.
• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Starting Rate of Pay

The starting rate of pay for this position is $31.06/hour, with the potential for future pay increases.
