The Opportunity 3rd Shift

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting or individually
• Available to work a modified shift in a 3-shift operation and overtime as required
• 2-3 years proven and consistent work background in electro automation system installation and troubleshooting experience
• Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls and power transmission systems
• Understands hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Able to install and set up both A/C and D/C drives
• PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving ability with practical, mechanical, and electrical aptitude
• Able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings
• Working knowledge of encoders and various types of sensors
• Working knowledge of power transmission equipment, bearings, pneumatics and hydraulics
• Basic welding skills
• Familiar with pumps; both air and electrical
• Able to install and troubleshoot 3 phase motor control circuits
• Knowledge of various types of sensors and limit switches
• Consistent and dependable attendance
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment that is hot and humid in the Summer/Fall
• Able to perform repetitive motions, involving lift, push/pull up to 50 lbs., navigate stairs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire shift with or without reasonable accommodation
