Maintenance Technician

About the role

Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the property and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders promptly based on priority
• Performs make readies and preventative maintenance
• Maintains property grounds and common areas
• Prepares parts and materials list weekly
• Assists with emergency coverage
• Provides professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors
• Follows safety policies and procedures
• Performs additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• EPA HVAC certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
