Maintenance Technician

About the role

Maintenance Technician responsible for completing work orders, special projects, and apartment turns, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing issues
• Service residents with a customer-focused approach
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies
• Maintain exterior property curb appeal and perform housekeeping tasks
• Manage pool, spa, and related maintenance as needed

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or multifamily housing preferred
• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting
• Customer service and computer knowledge required
• Certifications/licenses in plumbing, contracting, or building trades are a plus
• Availability for on-call duties and weekend work preferred
