About the Role
This maintenance position involves maintaining the physical condition of a residential community, including buildings, grounds, and common areas. Responsibilities
- Perform building, grounds, and common area maintenance
- Complete unit turnovers and preventative tasks
- Respond to work orders and emergencies
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Maintain safety standards and organizational cleanliness
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure property security
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience with strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and physical stamina for prolonged activity
- Basic leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with property management software
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
